The location isn’t the best if you want easy access to shops, wineries, or bars, since you can’t exactly stroll to them. I noticed that check-in was somewhat inconsistent. sometimes the front desk wasn't attended, which led to moments of confusion for guests. Also, the restaurant, while decent, didn’t leave an impression strong enough to warrant returning. After a wait with no explanation for my room availability, I felt the experience could improve dramatically with a little more attention to guest service.

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel with a great vibe and a really good italian restaurant on site, not to mention it being conveniently located near a fantastic park where i could stroll and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful wineries just a short walk away. as a solo traveler, the modern room design added a touch of luxury to my weekend getaway.

my stay at river lodge paso, 21 & over pool was fantastic! the standard king room was beautifully designed with luxurious finishes and comfy bedding. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the effective ac unit. the private front yard area was a nice touch, especially for nice weather. the pool area was exceptional and the food and drinks from the restaurant were great!
